HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 7 business days. Deliveries usually take 10-30 days to arrive, however in rare cases they can take up to 60 days.

If your item has not arrived within 60 days after purchase, please get in touch!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Within a week of your order being sent, you will receive notification of your tracking number. 

If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?

Our suppliers and manufacturers are located in the United States and Asia. We ship directly from them to save our customers an additional shipping cost.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) as well as PayPal and Google Pay.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders. However, we are able to offer an exchange or refund for damaged or missing goods.

I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

Items will occasionally ship separately at no additional cost. Each package will be assigned a tracking code and you will be notified via our automated tracking system if this is the case for your order.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order.
